48 more social and commercial housing projects need to be attracted

TTH.VN - Leaders of the Department of Construction, on the morning of February 10, informed that, according to the approval decision of the Provincial People's Committee No. 3456/QD-UBND dated January 29, 2021, from now to 2025, relevant departments and agencies should focus on calling for 48 social and commercial housing projects.

Hue city is attracting more social and commercial housing projects

The projects include 7 social housing ones with an area of about 659,527m2 of floor, together with 41 urban areas and commercial housing ones, with an area of 3,269,000 m2 of floor. These projects are concentrated in Hue city and Huong Thuy, Huong Tra towns, and Phu Vang, Phu Loc and Quang Dien districts. The main source of capital for implementing projects is non-state budget. Specifically, in this period, social housing projects need 2,670 billion VND and commercial housing and urban areas ones need 26,527 billion VND.

According to the leader of the Department of Construction, there are currently many businesses interested in researching and investing in tourism and resort real estate projects. Up to now, the province has 33 projects of resort tourism and ecological urban areas having a part for housing, most of which are concentrated in coastal localities, such as Phong Dien, Quang Dien, Phu Vang, and Phu Loc...
