6 products of Thua Thien Hue recognized as typical rural industrial products at the national level
Among 102 products and product sets that have recently been recognized and granted certificates of typical rural industrial products and product sets at the national level in 2017 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Thua Thien Hue has 6 certified products of enterprises and production facilities in the province.

They are the Ibiza plastic chairs of Phuoc Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company, Huong Van ward, Huong Tra town; Incense sticks of Thai Hung Incense Trading and Production Joint Stock Company, Tu Ha ward, Huong Tra town; wooden lamps of Quoc Cuong business establishment, Xuan Son hamlet, Loc Son commune, Phu Loc district; Granite Stone of Thach Phu Hung Co., Ltd, Huong Huu commune, Nam Dong district; automatic egg incubator SUNNEW 1000 of Hue Incubator Co., Ltd, Dong An village, Loc Dien commune, Phu Loc district; Kim Vui melaleuca oil of Kim Vui Essential Oil Production One Member Limited Liability Company, An Cuu ward, Hue city.
The evaluation, selection and recognition of these typical rural industrial products are based on several categories of criteria such as market responsiveness and ability to develop the production; economic-technical-social and environmental criteria; culture and aesthetics, novelty, creativity.
Products of Thua Thien Hue province are evaluated to ensure and meet these criteria well; for instance, the automatic egg incubator SUNNEW 1000 of Hue Incubator Co., Ltd, the Ibiza plastic chairs of Phuoc Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company and Kim Vui melaleuca oil of Kim Vui Essential Oil Production One Member Limited Liability Company.
