A 33kg Vich sea turtle released into sea

On the afternoon of April 24, the border guard force of Chan May Port Border Guard Station in coordination with Mr. Tran Van Duong, a fisherman (residing in Canh Duong village, Loc Vinh commune, Phu Loc district) released a Vich sea turtle weighing 33kg into the sea.

Major Van Le Lam Duc, political instructor of the Chan May Port Border Guard Station said that while spreading out the net in Bai Xep area - Chan May sea area, Mr. Tran Van Duong discovered a 33kg Vich sea turtle stuck in his net. He brought it to the shore and informed Chan May Port Border Guard Station simultaneously.

The border guard force of Chan May Port Border Guard Station coordinated with Mr. Duong to release the Vich sea turtle in good health situation into the sea.
