Guiding businesses to use digital transformation solutions
The “3 in 1” solution
HueCIT has built digital transformation applications for businesses to provide IT solutions, accompanying small and micro enterprises in the local area, contributing to the formation of an ecosystem promoting digital transformation, and creating a foundation to develop a digital authority and society in Thua Thien Hue province.
In particular, the digital transformation application for businesses is a group of products and solutions to support businesses in digitizing and recording daily activity data; connecting with information sites and e-commerce platforms, making maximum use of enterprise data in order to change operating methods, leadership, working processes, corporate culture, including System Electronic office, Enterprise information website system and Support system for connecting e-commerce floors.
“Inherited and developed from strategic products as well as strong activities of HueCIT, the e-commerce solution set to support digital transformation process for small, medium, and micro enterprises is considered a “3 in 1” solution, aiding enterprises to have "Internal management - Information management - Smart business administration" and supporting enterprises to transform traditional business models into digital enterprises," informed Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Head of Consulting, Design and Production Department of HueCiT.
Along with the strategies to build and develop e-government and digital government in Thua Thien Hue, the application of digital transformation for businesses not only helps to raise awareness about digital transformation for businesses, the community, and people, but also supports to manage businesses and financial services, to connect and expand the market. The management of products, items, orders, and revenue on many platforms and e-commerce applications becomes easy through centralized and synchronized management of all stores of enterprises.
The toolkit also connects and presents information about the products and services of each enterprise on the Enterprise Information System of Thua Thien Hue province. Particularly, local product information pages such as Hue Products, Discover Hue, and local specialities… contribute to creating an ecosystem to support enterprises in trading and e-commerce, creating a public environment and healthy competition for enterprises to develop.
The application was fully developed in 2021, and so far it has been deployed to more than 10 businesses operating in the fields of agriculture, food and beverage services, tourism services, real estate trading, commercial needs essentials, garment design, travel, IT, and social work.
Free support for digital transformation solutions
In 2022, responding to the Provincial People's Committee's Plan no.262/KH-UBND on the implementation of the program "100 Digital Transformation Businesses in 100 Days", with the desire to accompany businesses, promote the community towards the goal of Digital Government, and develop the Digital Economy and Digital Society, HueCIT has actively developed the program "Accompanying 100 Enterprises in digital transformation" and provided a set of solutions to support digital transformation for small, medium and micro enterprises.
Mr. Hoang Bao Hung, Director of HueCIT, shared that the program named "Accompanying 100 Enterprises in digital transformation" was implemented with the criterion of "free solution support", but "product quality meets the actual needs of enterprises". Over the recent time, HueCIT has prioritized a lot of resources to support businesses in the core of "hands-on work", support 24/7 during trial operation, and receiving the set of digital transformation solutions.
As one of 10 businesses that received free support for this set of solutions, Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan Trang, Director of Doan Trang Embroidery and Garment Company shared that being gifted a set of digital transformation solutions and enthusiastic support from the HueCIT staff, we were very satisfied with the convenience and efficiency after using the digital transformation solution set. “I hope that many businesses will access and use this set of solutions so that each business grows stronger and contributes to the development of the local digital economy," said Ms. Trang.
According to Mr. Hoang Bao Hung, in the coming time, the program will continue to be implemented to support the digital transformation needs of enterprises, especially small, medium and micro enterprises in order to accelerate the digital transformation process of the province, promoting the efficiency of state and enterprise management and administration activities in the province, and improve both the quality and speed of the digital transformation.
Recently, the digital transformation Support for Business Application of the Provincial IT Center won an excellent award at the Vietnam Digital Awards (VDA) 2022 in the category of Typical Digital Technology Products, Services and Solutions. This is the third year in a row that HueCIT was honored by the Vietnam Digital Media Association as one of 27 excellent units in the country honored in this category.
