Adjusting list of calling for investment in Bai Ca eco-tourism project
TTH.VN - On December 23, 2019, Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 3298/QD-UBND approving the adjustment of the list of calling for investment and the information on projects calling for investment in the province in 2019, with the orientation to 2020.
Accordingly, the area of the Bai Ca eco-tourism project in Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone is adjusted by cutting down to a new area of about 120 hectares to build a four to five-star resort.
Within 30 days from the date of publication, in case there is only one investor having submitted a project investment proposal that meets the criteria for selecting investors according to the announced information of calling for investment, decision on investment policy of the project will be issued as prescribed. In case there are 02 or more investors having submitted project investment proposals that meet the criteria for selecting the investors according to the announced information of calling for investment, the investor will be selected in accordance with the law.
The provincial People's Committee assigns the relevant units, basing on the approved project information, organizing the calling for investment according to current regulations.
