Awarding 220 Vu A Dinh scholarships to students provincewide

Awarding Vu A Dinh scholarships to students

Attending the program were Ms. Truong My Hoa, Former Secretariat Member of Party Central Committee, Former Vice State President, Chairman of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, Chairman of For Hoang Sa – Truong Sa Club and Mr. Nguyen Dung Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.

The program presented 220 scholarships worth 1 million VND each to ethnic minority children and students overcoming difficulties having reached good learning achievement. Among 70 students who received scholarships, there were 30 students from A Luoi district and 30 others from Nam Dong district. The remaining of 150 scholarship belonging to students from Phu Loc, Phong Dien, Huong Tra, Phu Vang, and Quang Dien districts will be sent to localities by the organizing committee to directly give to students.

The total funding for scholarships is worth 220 million VND, cited from the Vu A Dinh scholarship fund and the scholarship For the beloved Hoang Sa – Truong Sa.

Furthermore, the program also held a meeting with the participation of guests to exchange and share the dreams of typical poor children overcoming difficulties, and guide, provide advice and help them to make their dream come true.
