TTH.VN - On the morning of June 6, the Provincial Association for the Support of the Handicapped and Orphans coordinated with Hue Compassionate Arms Club to hold a scholarship awarding ceremony for students in difficult circumstances in the month of humanitarian action for children 2019.

Awarding scholarships to underprivileged children

31 scholarships were awarded to orphans and disabled children in difficult circumstances; of which, 30 scholarships cost 500.000 VND per portion and the other costs 2.4 million VND.

This is the annual activity of the Provincial Association for the Support of the Handicapped and Orphans to share and encourage students in difficult circumstances to keep on learning and fulfill their dreams.
