Bao Vinh ancient town
Coming to Hue, you should not miss Bao Vinh ancient town (Huong Vinh - Huong Tra) - a place with a slow pace of life which is a Hue uniqueness, together with ancient houses with red-tile roof nestled by the poetic Huong River.
You will also find specialities of well-off villages across the river in Thanh Tien, Tien Non (Phu Mau - Phu Vang), Thanh Trung (Quang Thanh) ... together with delicious dishes in Bao Vinh market, which are carefully and meticulously processed.
After eating your fill and getting tired for walking, you can take a rest in a coffee shop with beautiful views in front of the market. You can also go down to the boat station to contemplate the river, take pictures of the women carrying goods up and down the ferry trips which bring along lots of their difficulties of life, but still full of love!
Thua Thien Hue Weekly would like to introduce a corner of life in Bao Vinh ancient town through a series of photos of Minh Kiet!
