Calling for investment in four to five-star Bai Ca eco-tourism area
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just announced a Decision on the approval for the adjustment of the list of the project calling for investment in the province in the period of 2017-2018, with the orientation to 2020; as well as the information and criteria for selecting investors.
Accordingly, the project calling for investment is Bai Ca eco-tourism area, whose construction site is located in Lang Co town, Phu Loc district (bordering with the sea to the North, and with Hai Van mountain to the other sides). The project scale is about 212 hectares. The form of investment is domestic investment (not joint venture, and affiliate with foreign partners).
The current status of land use is production forestland of 178 hectares; vacant land, and other land are of about 34 hectares. Estimated cost of compensation, and clearance is about VND 100 billion. The investment objective is to build the four to five-star eco-tourism area.
