Comprehensive cooperation with South Korean localities

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Cao welcomed the delegation to Hue City and expressed his happiness to know that the delegation had spent time surveying cultural, sports and tourism facilities in the province.

Recently, the number of Korean visitors to Hue city has accounted for over 30% of the total foreign tourists. In the first months of 2018, many Korean businesses and investors have come to Hue to seek investment opportunities in education, healthcare, tourism, construction and transportation.

The province is also expanding the Phu Bai airport to receive over 5 million passengers a year and promote direct flights to South Korea. The provincial leaders are very excited and look forward to a comprehensive cooperation with South Korean localities.

In May, a delegation of the province will travel to Seoul to promote investment and tourism.

The representative of the Jung-gu district delegation expressed their thanks to the warm welcome from the provincial leaders, and at the same time highly appreciated the achievements of the province in recent years.

The leaders of Jung-gu district also wished to exchange, cooperate and exchange experiences with Thua Thien Hue province in many fields, including management, training, investment and organization of sport activities of the province.
