Continuing to coordinate external information in the border area
In order to strengthen the coordination in communication and external information work in the border and island areas, on the afternoon of April 10, the Department of Information and Communication in coordination with the provincial Border Guard Command organized the signing program to enhance efficiency in operation in the period 2017-2020.
The two sides agreed to jointly propagate and raise the awareness of people in the border and island areas on the roles and responsibilities for national security, ensuring political security and and order in the border areas; to build close bonds between border guard units and people in localities; to contribute to promoting socio-economic development, preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of ethnic groups, creating conditions for exchanging and learning between people of localities sharing borders.
