Exchanging ceramics & enjoying racket-filtered tea
This is an activity held by Tram homestay (30 Mai Khac Don Str., Kim Long ward, Hue city) on July 21 to create a cultural exchange space for everybody.
Enjoying racket-filtered tea
The activity attracts the concern of people who love ceramics, especially the Japanese ones. Those who care about it can come to contemplate, learn about ceramics, or buy their favorite potteries, or exchange their products like bottles, glasses, plates, and cups, etc.
In addition to enjoying and learning about the techniques of brewing Hue lotus tea, the visitors also have the chances to enjoy racket-filtered tea, a popular way to drink tea.
The tea is made from dried flowers such as butterfly pea flowers, roses, daisies, and jasmines, etc. It is brewed from simple bamboo- knitted rackets. This is a simple and enjoyable but not less delicate form of tea brewing.
