C.S.C Technical Consultancy Ltd. is the 304^th scientific and technological enterprise in the country, marking Thua Thien Hue as the 51^st  locality in the country which has a scientific and technological enterprise.

A scientific and technological enterprise is the shortest link to bring research results, and scientific and technological applications into production, contributing to the socio-economic development. At present, there are only 303 enterprises licensed the scientific and technological enterprise certification. The localities with many scientific and technological enterprises are Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Thanh Hoa, etc.
