Honoring the teams, individuals with excellent achievements in blood donation

In Phu Hai, a commune “where the waves end in the land of Phu Vang district”, there is a “Heart of the sea” quietly cherishing itself to keep life forever vibrant.

Ms. Huynh Ngoc Trang is a familiar face with the Hematology and Transfusion Center, Hue Central Hospital. For 25 years of non-stop volunteering, she has spread the spirit of "Sharing blood, giving life".

On the afternoon of April 7, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to honor "Outstanding Citizens of Thua Thien Hue Province" from 2020-2022 and reward at the state level for units and individuals with outstanding achievements in the year 2022.

On January 4, the “Xuan Hong” (“Red Spring”) blood donation and organ donation registration festival was co-organized by the Hue Regional Blood Transfusion Center, the Medical Training Center, the Human Organ Transplantation center, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue Central Hospital, the Provincial Red Cross, the Blood Bank Club of the Ancient Capital, and the Blood Bank Club of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

On the morning of December 20, the Department of Construction coordinated with the International Finance Corporation (IFC-WB) to hold a forum to promote green building development in Hue. Attending the event was the Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Hoang Hai Minh.
