Hue announces plan to implement the DDCI assessment in 2019
On July 11, the Provincial Development Research Institute said that the Plan for Implementing the competitiveness index assessment of departments and localities in Thua Thien Hue province in 2019 will be applied to the 34 units in the area.

Accordingly, the survey plan will be organized from July 15 to September 15 with 3 options, including Online survey (30%); Direct interview survey (30%) and Survey via postal mail (40%). Time to publish the DDCI 2019 survey results is from Jan 1 to 10, 2020.
The objective of the plan is to improve the investment and business environment, facilitate investment, production and business activities in all fields, contributing to increasing the ranking of the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), striving in 2019, Thua Thien Hue province is in the top of fair group.
The result of the DDCI is used as a measure for the Provincial People's Committee to evaluate the economic management capacity of the authorities of districts, towns, cities, provincial departments, boards and sectors, as well as to score their emulation at the end of the year.
