Champa Linh Thai tower's pyramid and base are in Vinh Hien commune, Phu Loc district. The tower's pyramid is made of monolith, its base is made of sandstone and the four faces are stylized with 8 lotus petals in bloom.

The dossier of these two objects has been approved by the Department of Culture and Sports and submitted to competent authorities for recognition.
