Japanese eloquence contest

TTH.VN - On the morning of April 15, Japanese Language and Culture Department - Hue University of Foreign Languages coordinated with the Japan International Exchange Foundation to hold the Japanese eloquence contest 2018.

With the theme “I want to introduce Vietnam’s attraction to Japan” including elementary and intermediate levels of eloquence, the contest attracted 16 contestants from universities, high schools, and middle schools in the provincial area.

In a 3-5 minute speech, each of the contestants gave a presentation on the characteristics and excitements of Vietnam or on the thoughts, experiences and real stories that they have had.

The contest aims to create a playground for Japanese language exchange, promoting Japanese language learning and research in Central Vietnam, contributing to the sustainable development of the Vietnam – Japan diplomatic relation, at the same time selecting excellent individuals to join the Japanese language Festival 2018 held by the Japan International Exchange Foundation in Hanoi in May, 2018
