K’ho and Chau Ma brocade weaving to take part in Hue Traditional Craft Festival for the first time
Together with many other famous traditional brocade weaving villages all over the country, traditional weaving of K’ho and Chau Ma people will join and be honored at Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2019 for the first time.

That information was announced by the Information - Cultural Office of Hue city on March 5. As many other ethnic groups, K’ho and Chau Ma people still preserve many originality in their traditional clothes.
In the framework of Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2019, which will be held from April 26 to May 2, local people and tourists will have a chance to contemplate the unique culture in the weaving of K’ho and Chau Ma people.
The weaving space of the traditional craft of these two ethnic groups will be introduced at the Silk and Brocade Space at No.15 Le Loi street (formerly the Phuong Nam Cultural Center). In addition to the brocade, this space will focus on displaying products from many famous weaving villages in the country such as Thai Nam Nha Xa silk, Van Phuc silk, Nam Cao tussore, Bao Loc silk, Vietnam Silk House, etc.
