Over 1.5m visitors to Hue last 3 quarters

TTH.VN - According to the Department of Tourism, the total number of visitors to Hue in the first nine months of the year reached more than 1.5 million, an increase of nearly 240% over the same period.

International visitors to Hue in 9 months were more than 102 thousand arrivals, an increase of more than 543%; guests staying at local accommodation establishments were more than 879 thousand, an increase of nearly 212%. The total revenue from the tourism sector was estimated at roughly 3,334 billion VND, an increase of more than 300%.

Particularly in September 2022, there were about 184,000 visitors to Hue; with more than 25,000 international visitors; guests at lodging properties were about 133 thousand; generating a total revenue for the tourism sector in September alone of nearly 529 billion dong.
