Over 200 athletes participate in the national swimming and diving championship
TTH.VN - On the morning of March 22, the Department of Culture and Sport coordinated with Vietnam Aquatic Sports Association to hold the 2019 25 meter-long pool national swimming and diving championship at the Provincial Sport Center.

The tournament has the participation of over 200 athletes in both genders of 22 provinces, cities and sectors all over the country. The athletes compete for 69 medals on 2 genres of swimming and diving.
Representative of Thua Thien Hue swimming and diving sector informed that the two athletes of the province attending the competition are Le The Trieu (diving) and Duong Thi Cam (swimming). With the tournament gathering the leading domestic athletes, the goals of the team are to rub shoulders with other competitors, as well as learn from experiencing, and strive for winning the best achievements.

According to the organization board, this year, Hue continues to host the tournament, the preparation and organization have been implemented early and carefully, creating the best condition for the competition of the teams, thereby making a success of the tournament.
The tournament is expected to end on March 27.
