Pedestrian quarter attracts 13.000 tourist arrivals on the first 3 nights
On the afternoon of October 3, Mr. Dong Si Toan, the Head of Economic Department of Hue City said that there were about 13,000 domestic and foreign tourist arrivals in the Pham Ngu Lao - Chu Van An - Vo Thi Sau pedestrian quarter (Phu Hoi ward - Hue City) on the first 3 nights after this quarter had officially been opened to welcome visitors.

This statistic is based on the number of cars parked in all car parks around the pedestrian area as well as the number of guests staying at hotels and motels in all the 3 pedestrian quarter routes.
The Pham Ngu Lao – Chu Van An – Vo Thi Sau pedestrian quarter was inaugurated on the night of September 29 to create an attractive tourist destination, contributing to the promotion of the country and Hue people to international travellers. At the same times, it boosts the business of tourism and leisure services, contributing to economic development.
