Songwritting camp with theme "Phu Loc – A song of new day" opens

TTH.VN - On April 17, Phu Loc District People's Committee (45km north of Hue city) coordinated with the Support Center for Creation - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the opening of a songwritting camp with the theme "Phu Loc – A song of new day" on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Lang Co being recognized as a beautiful bay of the world.

The songwriting camp "Phu Loc - A song of new day" takes place within 4 days (from April 17th to 20th), with the participation of more than 10 famous musicians in the country such as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Hong Quan and other musicians including Vu Duy Cuong, Nguyen Cuong, Le Minh Son, Xuan Phuong, Vu Thiet, etc...

In Phu Loc, the musicians will take a field trip and learn about the living and cultural life of the local people, as well as visit and enjoy the beauty of charming rivers in Lang Co - Bach Ma - Canh Duong area, Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon, Quoc Tu Thanh Duyen, Truc Lam - Bach Ma monastery and Hai Van Gate, etc.

This writting camp aims to find new songs with high artistic value, promote the image, the land and the people of Thua Thien Hue in general and of Phu Loc district in particular to music lovers across the country and international friends. These songs will also be performed in the activities of the "Lang Co – the beautiful World Bay" Festival, which will be held in next 16th and 17th of May.
