Stocking shrimps into sea to regenerate aquatic resources
On May 29, the Provincial Department of Fisheries released mature black tiger shrimps into the Thuan An estuary (Phu Vang district), so as to supply and restore parental black tiger shrimps after the marine environmental incidents.
Stocking shrimps into the sea
Accordingly, agencies and departments have released more than 2,000 mature black tiger shrimps into the sea. This is an activity with profound socio-political meaning, in response to the World Biodiversity Day and the World Ocean Day.
The activity of stocking shrimps into the Thuan An estuary not only regenerates and restores aquatic resources, but also cleans the marine environment and raises public awareness to preserve, protect and develop aquatic resources.
