Thua Thien Hue People's Committee calls for investment in a high-class apartment, commercial and service center in An Van Duong
On March 18, the provincial People's Committee issued a Decision on adding the project of high-class apartment, commercial and service area in Zone A, An Van Duong urban area to the list of projects which are calling for investment. Information on the project calling for investment of the province in 2020 is also announced by the provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, the project of high-class apartment, commercial and service area is located at the roundabout of Vo Nguyen Giap street and To Huu street of Zone A - An Van Duong new urban area. The total area of the researched land according to the zoning plan is about 29.86 ha and the total estimated investment is about VND 4,800 billion.
The project aims to form a residential area combining with high-class commercial, service area and hotel associated with public works such as the Convention Center, exhibition area, ... in harmony with the overall project; at the same time, selecting investors in the form of using land in accordance with the law on bidding.
