Thua Thien Hue reaches 2nd position in ranking of ICT Index 2019

TTH.VN - On the morning of August 23 in Phu Yen province, the Announcement Ceremony of the report on the readiness for Vietnam Information and Communications Technology development and application (Vietnam ICT Index 2019) was held. Accordingly, Thua Thien Hue reaches the 2nd position in the ranking of the national ICT Index in 2019, 3 steps up compared to 2018.

According to the ranking results, for the ICT Index of the provinces and cities across the country, Thua Thien Hue province reaches 0.8046 point (reached 0.6142 point in 2018, ranked 5th), ranking no. 2 in the ranking, 3 steps up compared to 2018, in which some areas of Thua Thien Hue achieves very high index.

Specifically, the index of information technology application reaches 0.91 point, human infrastructure index reaches 0.96, higher than Da Nang (0.85 and 0.95 points respectively).

Having the above result, over the past time, Thua Thien Hue has organized and carried out many measures on IT application for agencies, departments and branches at all levels in order to access the industrial revolution 4.0 in the fastest way such as deploying public administrative center at all levels, applying information technology to the management and administration of 1-door documents receiving, and 1-door interconnection to effectively serve citizens and organizations when making transactions. ...
