Since the casting of the 30-ton-heavy, Southeast Asia record-breaking bronze bell at Bai Dinh Pagoda by Nguyen Van Sinh and his men in Phuong Duc in 2007, hundreds of bells and statues, both large and small, inside and outside of the country, have been completed, which gains the prestige for the casting village in Hue.

An ancient printing woodblock of worshipping painting in Sinh village

Basing on the strange and different style and decorative patterns, art researchers thought the printing woodblock is over 50 years old. However, the artisan Ky Huu Phuoc supposed that this block of lightweight wood in such a carving style must have been more than 100 years old.
