TTH.VN - It was a request of Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Ngoc Thien in the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Hue College of Tourism on the morning of October 27.

Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Ngoc Thien awards certificate of merit to Hue College of Tourism.

Attending the ceremony were also Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Thanh Ha; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Dung and former provincial leaders over the years.

Since its inception, Hue College of Tourism has trained 14,579 students and graduates. From 2016 up to now, 100% of graduates have found jobs at high-class accommodation facilities. In 2019, the school is voted as one of the top 5 tourism human resource training institutions in Vietnam.

At the celebration, Minister Nguyen Ngoc Thien on behalf of the Prime Minister awarded 3 certificates of merit of the Government to the staff of Hue College of Tourism and 2 individuals of the school; awarding 3 certificates of merit of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism to 3 teams of the school.
