Artist Nguyen Van Tuyen – using fingers as brushes

I am Nguyen Van Tuyen, currently living in Huong Ho commune, 121 Van Thanh Street. In Hue, people call me an artist of the waters and of the fishing villages because I was born on the Huong River. Through the years of growing up, I had chances to study painting.
