Enjoying gift from nature (10 pics)

Besides the seafood such as well-known squids, shrimps, crabs, and fishes, etc., Tam giang lagoon area is also home to a specialty brand of seaweed, which is nutrient-rich, delicate, and considered as a gift from nature.

On the mornings as the sky is clear, when going towards Thuan An - Phu Dien, in Phu Vang district, Thua Thien Hue province, you will see busy fishermen catching and picking seaweed in the sounds of calling and laughing at a corner of the lagoon. Though this is hard work, they can earn more than VND 200,000 per day thanks to this "nature’s gift". It is not a small income for the locals in the lagoon.
