Yarn Factory 3 with a scale of more than 30,200 spindles inaugurated

TTH.VN - On the morning of December 7, at Phu Bai Industrial Park, Vietnam Textile and Garment Group, Phu Bai Yarn Joint Stock Company held the inauguration ceremony of Yarn Factory 3. Attending the ceremony were Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong; Chairman of Board of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group Le Tien Truong, and General Director of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group Cao Huu Hieu.

Yarn Factory 3 of Phu Bai Yarn Joint Stock Company has a scale of 30,240 spindles with a total investment of VND 511 billion. The yarn factory is designed with 2 floors located on an empty land area (about 9,570 m2) in the company's campus. The factory’s design capacity is about 500 tons/month, the target product is 100% cotton yarn, towards the Korean, Japanese and some European markets.

The factory is invested with the most modern, synchronous machinery and equipment line, high automation with European origin to save labor and energy. Immediately after being put into operation, the new factory has been quickly operated stably, with good quality yarn products, meeting the high requirements of customers. This is the first 2-storey yarn factory in the system of yarn factories under the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group at this time.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman Nguyen Van Phuong congratulated Phu Bai Yarn Joint Stock Company on completing the investment project of a yarn factory with a scale of 30,240 spindles invested with high technology, synchronization and automation.

The Chairman hoped that the company in particular and businesses in the whole province in general would soon overcome the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, gradually restore the production and business chain, contribute to the socio-economic development of the province.
