Planting 5,000 sqm of sunflowers inside the Imperial Citadel

This is the first time sunflowers have been planted in the Imperial Citadel.

At the moment, the sunflower garden is blooming gloriously and adorning the relic space.

Sunflowers as the symbolic flower of the sun, are much beloved by many people. Although Hue Monuments Conservation Center had initially planted this flower garden to serve tourists, unfortunately, most sightseeing activities have been restricted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
