The architecture of the portal, the front guarding screen of Phung Tien Palace after being preserved and restored
The project aims to preserve and restore the overall Phung Tien Palace, combined with theoretical and practical training in techniques and methods of preserving and restoring cultural heritage works for local craftsmen; as well as training in heritage education to raise awareness about heritage conservation via practical courses provided for students.
The main results of the project will include preserving and restoring of the back guarding screen, the remaining portals, and the wall surrounding Phung Tien Palace; combining with technical training for project trainees, as well as training classes for students; virtually restoring the overall original architecture of Phung Tien Palace.
The project has a total funding of € 270,409, equivalent to 7,343,495,000 VND, and will be implemented in the period of 2021 - 2026. Hue Monuments Conservation Center will organize and deploy the implementation of the project according to regulations.
