Skill training for community tourism labor in Phong Dien district

From October 13th to 15th, the Department of Tourism and Hue Tourism College coordinated with Phong Dien District People's Committee to organize a professional skills training session in community tourism and ecotourism for tourism management staff, individuals, and families offering community tourism and eco-tourism services in Phong Dien district.
Within the three days, community tourism and ecotourism labor teams gained considerable knowledge and skills on how to provide community tourism and ecotourism services, from communication skills in tour guiding activities to guidelines for community tour guides, skills to handle unexpected situations, reception skills, and customer services.
