Flexible and efficient

Observing the online classes of some lecturers at the University of Education, Hue University, the most impressive thing is that the teaching method is quite flexible, and the teacher-student interaction is quite good. Not only theoretical lectures, but many illustrative examples and simulations are also lectured online to students.

Assoc. The digital university model has gradually asserted its position, which helps to form a habit of teaching, working, and meeting online in most of the university’s activities.

To adapt to the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, solution changes in teaching, scientific research, international cooperation, etc., have been skillfully and effectively applied by the majority of faculty and staff at not only the University of Education, but other training units of Hue University as well. Considering only the data published internationally by Hue University, by November 9th, there were 753 articles published in prestigious international journals in the list of Scopus/WoS.

According to Assoc. Hue University will also plan to develop its faculty and staff based on the job position needs of each unit and Hue University by 2030 to ensure continuity and succession; assign annual targets of doctorates, professors and associate professors to its member and affiliated units.

Meanwhile, in the near future, it will promote training and fostering lecturers and researchers in various forms, focusing on sending officials and workers abroad to study and improve professional qualifications, foreign languages, pedagogical skills, and so on.
