The delegation consists of representatives from the Department of Tourism, the Provincial Police, and the People's Committee of Hue city and other districts and towns.
The inspection was to ensure the maintenance of service quality at accommodation establishments; security and fire safety measures, environmental sanitation and food hygiene at tourist sites, tourist lodging facilities, restaurants, and tourist attractions in the localities throughout the province.
Through the inspection, the delegation also reminded the establishments to take cautions and proactive steps to help patients should any positive cases of COVID 19 be confirmed. There should also be plans to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic according to regulations.
