The festival attracting a great number of diners
The festival was held by the Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association (VCCA) and Tourism Department in collaboration with related agencies. Attending the opening ceremony were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Ngoc Tho, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Hue Festival 2022 Nguyen Thanh Binh.
With the theme “Honoring the past – Creating the future”, the festival is a part of the activity series in the framework of Hue Festival 2022; contributing to powerfully spreading and affirming the position of Hue cuisine, a tourism culture brand name with outstanding valuation.
With nearly 85 stalls set up with bamboo materials in the fresh and cool space by the poetic Huong River, the festival gathers hundreds of artisans, experts, and famous businesses from 18 cities and provinces in the country.
Not only being the playground that gathers hundreds of dishes from the three regions but the festival “Hue Capital’s cuisine and that of other localities” is also an exchange with stories told in the form of theater to serve the community, the public, and tourists who are in love with the cuisine.
The festival entrance is free for tourists and the public from June 23 to the end of June 26.
