"School Honors Student" is a prestigious title, with only one student selected for commendation from each school. This is the fourth year that the Provincial People's Committee has implemented this meaningful program. The awards aim to encourage, honor, and foster a spirit of learning and excellence, while also recognizing the efforts of the entire team of educational administrators and teachers dedicated to their students.
During the ceremony, the organizing committee commended 386 outstanding students who achieved the title of “School Honors Student." Among them, there were 214 students from primary schools, 134 students from junior high schools, and 38 students from senior high schools. These are well-rounded students, selected by their classmates and schools as exemplary models of honorary students.

In his speech at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Van Phuong, emphasized that the achievements the students had attained in the past academic year were highly commendable. These achievements are not only a source of pride for the students themselves but also a source of joy and pride for their families, communities, schools, and society as a whole. These results serve as an initial motivation for the students to continue striving in their studies and overall personal development.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the provincial leadership will continue to support and accompany the province's educational efforts, closely following the educational journey of the students. The province will also continue to implement policies that consolidate and enhance its position, maintaining its reputation as a center for quality education and training, both regionally and nationally. Furthermore, he called on all levels, sectors, families, and society as a whole to continue to closely cooperate with schools and teachers in creating the best conditions for students to develop their talents and nurture their dreams.

Mr. Nguyen Tan, Director of the Department of Education and Training, stated that being commended and honored at the Quoc Tu Giam - Di Luan Duong historical site, the only remaining ancient university in Vietnam, in traditional Ao dai attire, further adds to the students' intellectual, physical, and aesthetic beauty, embodying the cultural essence of the land that was once the intellectual capital of the nation. This is also a special way to honor talent, encourage learning, and educate today's young generation about pride, gratitude, and responsibility towards their homeland and their people.
In the past academic year, the province's students achieved numerous high awards in national competitions, provincial and national science and technology competitions. Among them, there were 62 national excellent student awards, 1 second prize, and 2 third prizes in the national science and technology competition. They also received 1 first prize and 1 third prize in the "Students and Students with Entrepreneurial Ideas" competition, which was organized by the Ministry of Education and Training. Additionally, they won 3 gold medals, 4 silver medals, and 7 bronze medals, placing fourth overall in the national high school track and field competition.
Nguyen Minh Tai Loc, a 12th-grade student majoring in Physics at Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted, received a commendation certificate from the Organizing Committee of the Asia-Pacific Physics Olympiad. Moreover, a student from Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted, Nguyen Minh Triet, excelled in the national "Road to Mount Olympia" television trivia competition, securing the sixth victory for the province.
