Accordingly, the delegation consists of leaders from the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, as well as leaders and representatives of the Vietnam Association of Historical Sciences, the Association of Historical Sciences of Thua Thien Hue Province, and the Department in charge of scientific, educational, cultural and social issues of the Provincial People's Committee, along with a number of experts and officials in the locality.
The delegation did the fieldwork and surveyed a number of buildings and sites, including the My Loi site (Vinh My Commune, Phu Loc District), Trung Kien village communal house (Loc Tien Commune, Phu Loc District), and Hoc Mu Boi site (Loc Bon Commune, Phu Loc District).
After the survey, members of the council determined that all of the buildings and sites proposed for the ranking had typical cultural and historical values, ensuring all criteria for ranking relics at provincial level. The delegation also basically agreed with the scope of zoning to protect the relics. At the same time, it is recommended that the Thua Thien Hue Museum of History coordinate closely with local authorities to quickly complete the scientific dossier of the historical and cultural relics and submit it to competent authorities for the decisions of ranking the relics as mentioned above.
