With the motto "Ensuring the safety of life and property for the people; Let not any people suffer from hunger or cold", the work of evacuating people, responding to floods, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters involved the entire political system. In particular, thousands of people in flooded areas and isolated areas were evacuated to safe places. On-site flood prevention and control plans were promoted with the high spirit.
