The Permanent Deputy Secretary also visited the Vocational Training and Employment Center for People with Disabilities, Son Ca Center for Caring and Educating Orphaned Disabled Children, Tinh Truc Gia Center for Protection of People with Disabilities, and Tinh Duc Pagoda Nursing Home. During these visits, Permanent Deputy Secretary Phan Ngoc Tho inspected the dining areas, accommodations, production labor areas, learning spaces, and recreational areas for the residents.
Deputy Secretary Phan Ngoc Tho commended the dedication and attentive service attitude demonstrated by the people at the social protection facilities in managing, caring for, and nurturing the individuals under social protection in the province. He expressed his desire for medical professionals and doctors at these centers to continue effectively applying scientific and technological advancements in healthcare, especially in enhancing guidance and counselling for individuals and their families on vocational training to facilitate their integration into the community.
Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho stated that the provincial leaders always pay attention to and create conditions to ensure the operation of these centers and facilities, with the hope that they’ll become warm homes for those with no place to return, as well as individuals with disabilities. Simultaneously, he aspires for these centers to shine as beacons of humanity and compassion in the province's social security policies. Additionally, he proposed that the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs increase promoting and providing information on mass media and other sources to utilize the humanitarian support from society and the community for individuals at the Social Protection Center and other humanitarian establishments in the province.
