Artisan Mai Thi Tra sharing about the meanings, as well as the traditional arrangement of the offering trays and the five-fruit trays for Tet

As part of the 2024 Tet Hue program, 37 participating teams brought to the competition 37 beautifully arranged New Year’s Eve offering trays, with the dishes and preserved fruits fully carrying the culture of the national Tet holiday, Tet Hue.

With the skillfulness and creativity, the competing teams also brought to the competition eye-catching flower vases with many familiar kinds of flowers used during the days of Tet for New Year’s Eve offerings, such as apricot blossoms, gladioluses, chrysanthemums, etc. The dragons sophisticatedly shaped from various kinds of vegetables create perfect highlights for the teams’ competing products.

In the framework of the competition, locals also got the chance to listen to the sharing from the artisan Mai Thi Tra about the meanings, as well as the traditional arrangement of the offering trays, and the traditional five-fruit trays of Vietnamese Tet holiday.
