The Hue-ICT Challenge, under directions of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province, is organized by Thua Thien Hue Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Association in collaboration with University of Sciences, Hue University.

The competition aims to encourage a spirit of learning, self-research and creativity, teamwork skills, and international standard integration among high school and secondary school students.
