Additionally, it provides a platform for Vietnamese and international scholars to engage in academic exchange, scientific collaboration, and partnership enhancement between Vietnam and other countries, contributing to Vietnam's global integration in culture and education in modern times.

Hue College, as the first-time host of the LSCAC 2024 international conference, has worked closely with the Institute of Cultural Anthropology (main organizer) to deploy the preparation of contents toensure the conference's successful and effective organization. With the theme of “Society and culture in Asia in the digital age”, this year's conference will cover 14 main topics: education and digital technology, foreign language teaching/learning, multicultural education in Asia, the role of digital technology in language preservation, modern Asian literature and cultural identity, social structures in Asian nations, trends in modern philosophy, tourism in Asia, environment and population in Asia, Asia’s digital economy, cultural heritage conservation, translation, women's empowerment through digital literacy, governance through digital technology andcitizen engagement for sustainable development, Southeast Asian history, and digital culture in Asia. These topics are intended to inspire and guide participants in choosing subjects for presentations or related paper submissions.
