At the working session, Mr. Gregorio Pérez Saavedra, President of Spanish PSH Group informed about the amusement and beach park project. Accordingly, the VND1.06-trillion ($47.5 million) project would have 1,000 four-star and five-star hotel rooms, 93 villas, water park, bird garden, food court, trade centre, exhibition showroom on a land plot of 49.5 hectares. The President of the Spanish PSH Group thanked the attention and support of the provincial leaders, functional units and the local authority in the area of the project for contributing to the acceleration of the procedure, creating conditions for the Group to soon invest in the construction of the project according to the schedule.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Cao appreciated the preparation of the Group over the past time. At the same time, he affirmed that the province would always accompany and facilitate the Group to carry out investment procedures related to the project in accordance with the law. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hoped that Mr. Gregorio Pérez Saavedra would be a bridge to attract Spanish visitors to Vietnam in general and Thua Thien Hue province in particular in the coming time.
