Works are presented at the exhibition
At the exhibition, there are 80 photographic works that won high prizes at the International Festival of Photos, Reportage and Documentary Films about the countries and peoples in the ASEAN Community, transferred by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
Two themes presented at the exhibition are the beauty of ASEAN peoples and countries, traditional cultures of ASEAN countries, ethnic groups in ASEAN community and solidarity between Vietnam and Laos, achievements in the innovative task between Thua Thien Hue Province and two border-sharing provinces of Salavan and Se Kong (Laos).
The exhibition is an important activity to contribute to improving awareness, solidarity and responsibility of all levels and branches in external information work with Laos. Thereby, it strengthens the special traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos in general, between Thua Thien Hue and border-sharing provinces of Salavan, Se Kong, and between the Party, government and A Luoi residents with officials, soldiers and people of Lao tribes on the border in particular.
