Exchanging experience in cultural heritage preservation

On September 21-23 in Hue city, the Department of Cultural Heritage, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the 2017 seminar-training in the cultural heritage sector. The event aimed to provide knowledge and introduce current world trends in the work of preserving and promoting cultural heritage values for the staff doing this work across the country.

The seminar-training focuses on introducing international conventions and reports on the development of Vietnamese laws; the protection system of the intangible cultural heritages of Japan; research on international and national laws on the protection of cultural heritages, the differences in conventions of world heritages and intangible cultural heritages; research on the relationship between culture and human development so as to create a favorable environment for the people to enjoy cultural values; UNESCO policies for tasks on culture and sustainable development...
