In this working meeting, the delegates analyzed, evaluated the development situation of Information Technology, provincial software industry in many stages such as: training human resources, production, connection problem…; with a focus on enterprises’ difficulties in Information Technology and software industry; the connection between the university and enterprises; mechanism of policy and human resources to develop Information Technology and software industry ...
Many solutions had been proposed such as: creating semesters in enterprises; creating loan mechanism for students to follow high quality training programs; creating a venue for connection between universities and enterprises, and forming a centralized software zone, etc.
In conclusion of the working meeting, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Le Truong Luu said that the opinions of delegates are the basics for researching, building strategies for Information Technology development and software industry matching with the potential and in accordance with the orientation of the province. According to Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Le Truong Luu, it is necessary to research and re-evaluate the actual quality of human resources to meet the actual requirements of enterprises; attend to business administration issues; research to invest in the complete infrastructure to call for investment in Information Technology, software industry. In the coming time, there will be many conferences related to Information Technology and software industry development.
