Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Truong Luu congratulates the Provincial Public Administrative Center on its opening day
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Cao emphasized that the establishment of district-level and provincial-level Public Administrative Center showed the unity and high determination of the entire political system in renovating administrative procedures and handling work of organizations and individuals so as to improve the quality and efficiency of public administrative services.
The event was organized at the same time of the "Enterprises’ Meeting Day in early 2018", attracting the attention of enterprises and the people with great expectations of innovations and breakthroughs in renovating administrative procedures of the province.
Delegates visit the Provincial Public Administrative Center
The Provincial Public Administrative Center is built on an area of 630 square meters at 1 Le Lai street, Hue city, with 34 counters receiving documents and giving back results, resolving 1,401 administrative procedures for the citizens and organizations (including specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and six central agencies located in the province).
On the first day of its operation, the center has received and handled an average of 200 documents per day. All of them are handled timely, and many documents are completed sooner.
