The pedestrian path along the Perfume river pilot project consists of many works, including a pedestrian path along the Perfume river with the length of 380m, linking Nguyen Dinh Chieu pedestrian street with Ly Tu Trong park.  The project is composed of three main spaces, including the boat landing place, the lotus lake, the event square and the 4m-wide pedestrian pathway with concrete foundation, ironwood-paneled floor, and brass, tin or gilt steel railings. The pathway which is the most important work of the project is used as a place for walking, viewing the Perfume river or bicycling.

The total investment capital of the pedestrian path along the Perfume river pilot project is about VND 60 billion. It is a part of the Perfume river banks detailed planning project sponsored by KOICA organization (Korea).
