Chairing the conference is the Commissioner of the Provincial Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Training Commission, head of the Provincial Steering Committee for External Information Nguyen Thai Son.
In 2018, the Provincial Steering Committee for External Information will continue to act as a counselor for the Provincial Standing Committee on leadership and direction to better implement the external information tasks, enlarging and renewing the content and operation modes; creating the favorable conditions to boost the cooperation, creating attractive investment environment to attract investors; strengthening the information source in foreign languages; actively rejecting false information; improving the effect and quality of external information in the provincial area.
